1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged fabric

Manufacturing defect

Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible for return:

The fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut

The item must be in original packaging with tags intact

Proof of issue (clear pictures or video) must be provided

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

The fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, or used

The request is made after 7 days of delivery

Color difference occurs due to screen resolution or lighting

Damage is caused by customer mishandling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Share your order number, reason for return, and clear images/video

Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Securely pack and send the product back to us

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days

Refunds are made via bank transfer or original payment method

Shipping charges are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error
