1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our embroidered unstitched fabric collection, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm your order — it’s quick and easy.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
Additional payment options such as Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash will be available soon.
For international orders, payment details will be shared after order confirmation.
3. How long will delivery take?
Pakistan: 3–5 working days
International orders: Delivery time varies depending on destination and courier service
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment through our courier partner.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy only in the case of:
Damaged fabric
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect item delivered
The fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original packaging.

7. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds usually take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method and location.
8. Are your fabrics original and authentic?
Absolutely. All our embroidered fabrics are 100% original, premium quality, and sourced from trusted suppliers.
9. Do you deliver internationally?

International shipping charges and delivery timelines depend on the destination country and order size.
